Secured through a competitive tender with Wakefield Council, Calderbank Grove is a 100% affordable development delivering 80 high-quality homes, including 17 accessible bungalows to meet local need.

Delivered in partnership with Accent Homes, the scheme uses Modern Methods of Construction, including timber frame, to improve efficiency, build quality and sustainability – providing energy-efficient homes for the community.
